1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use DoWhiz. If you use DoWhiz on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to accept these terms.

2. Accounts and channel access

You are responsible for maintaining your DoWhiz account and for controlling which channels, workspaces, and integrations are authorized for your organization.

3. Access model

DoWhiz does not require your personal credentials for third-party services. Agents use agent-owned identities and may operate in shared workspaces only when you explicitly grant permission through platform controls.

You are responsible for granting and revoking workspace permissions consistent with your internal policies.

4. Authorized use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Interfering with platform security or service integrity.
  • Submitting malicious code, abusive content, or spam.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of submitted content. You grant DoWhiz a limited license to process, store, and transmit content as required to execute tasks and operate the service.

6. Integrations and third-party services

Integrations operate only when authorized by you. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which you are responsible for reviewing.

7. Fees and billing

For paid plans or pilots, pricing and payment terms are defined in the applicable order form or agreement.

8. Disclaimers

DoWhiz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or suitability for every use case.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoWhiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

You may stop using DoWhiz at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security concerns, or legal requirements.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
